Breakfast was good. Hotel location was great to get to family home and Church, etc.

The property, rooms and common areas were all very attractive, clean and upscale. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast had a variety of good items. We enjoyed using the workout room and swimming pool, which was very clean and nice temperature. What was exceptional was the desk staff. I accidentally left my purse in the breakfast area. Since there are cameras everywhere, the employee at the front desk saw my purse and immediately retrieved it. Since I had several valuables, and irreplaceable items in it, I was more than relieved, and very appreciative of their honesty and surveillance system. On top of my first error, I made another one. I left an item in the room when we checked out, but Dawn, the front desk employee called me and offered to mail it to me. What outstanding customer service!!! We will certainly come back here when traveling back and forth to Florida.

Proximity to destinations and area. Front desk attendants at check and check out were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for a late checkout and they explained the process and I was able to be accommodated. Excellent customer service.

the staff was so nice and accommodating we had to make a reservation last minute after having an issue at another property. check in wasn’t until 4 but they we so nice and had our room ready for check in before noon at no extra cost. checking in and out was a breeze. the room was clean and comfortable. nothing but good things to say.

The hotel is close and convenient to I-20. It was clean and well-organized. I enjoyed the breakfast and was happy that decaf coffee was available.
